We Build Systems That Compound — Not Costs That Accumulate

Madgical Techdom is a global AI systems and engineering firm founded by four engineers who saw the same problem across every company they worked with: the gap between what technology could do and what engineering teams were actually delivering. We exist to close that gap — through Agentic AI, DevOps, and cloud engineering built for production, not slide decks.

Our Story

Why We Started

In 2019, four engineers — Tarun Arora, Kapil Jain, Siddhartha Jain, and Vivek Vashistha — founded Madgical Techdom with a specific thesis: enterprise technology needs are complex, but most engineering firms either over-promise on strategy and under-deliver on execution, or disappear once the POC is built. Neither approach creates lasting value.

We started with DevOps and cloud infrastructure — the unsexy, essential work of making systems reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient. Over six years, as our clients' problems evolved, so did we. Logistics companies needed to process 50,000+ daily shipments autonomously. Fintech companies needed payment stacks that wouldn't deadlock under load. AI-forward companies needed multi-agent systems that could actually govern themselves in production. We built all of it.

The name "Madgical Techdom" reflects what we believe technology should be: something that feels almost magical in its outcomes, but is built on rigorous engineering discipline. Every tool, every system, every deployment we've shipped since 2019 has been held to one standard — does it run in production and deliver measurable business value? If yes, it ships. If not, it doesn't.

How We Work

Our Engineering Philosophy

Six principles that govern every engagement we take on.

Technology as an Economic Multiplier

Technology is not a cost centre. It's leverage. When architected correctly, it compounds — reducing costs, accelerating delivery, and enabling capabilities that wouldn't otherwise exist. We measure every engagement by its economic impact.

Production Over Demos

Anyone can build a proof of concept. The hard part is building something that runs at scale, handles failure gracefully, and still works correctly six months after launch. We only build for production.

Business Impact Over Technical Novelty

We are not interested in using the newest technology for its own sake. We use the best tool for the job — proven where proven works, experimental only where the business case is clear.

Observability and Resilience Built In

Systems fail. The question is whether your team knows before your users do. We build monitoring, alerting, and observability into every system from day one.

Execution-Driven, Not Advisory-Only

We don't write strategy documents and hand them over. We stay in the work — PR reviews, architecture calls, outcome accountability.

No Over-Engineering Without Clear ROI

Simple systems that work beat complex systems that impress. We prefer proven architectures unless experimental is clearly justified — and we can articulate why.

The Team

Meet the Founders

Every engagement is led by a named practitioner. Not an account manager.

Tarun Arora — Co-founder & CEO

**DevOps, Cloud & Security**

Tarun leads Madgical Techdom’s commercial direction and its DevOps and cloud security practice. With over 20 years of hands-on infrastructure experience, he has reduced AWS costs by 60%, improved system uptime by 40%, and scaled platforms to 3x data capacity with zero downtime — across e-commerce, healthcare, media, fintech, and logistics.

**Metrics:** 60% AWS cost reduction · 40% system uptime improvement · 30–60% faster incident recovery · 20+ years experience

Kapil Jain — Co-founder & CTO

**AI, Data Engineering & Architecture**

Kapil brings 20+ years across software engineering, data engineering, DevOps, cloud architecture, and AI/ML systems. His focus is singular: technology should function as an economic multiplier, not a cost centre. He designed LogiGPT — deployed at a Fortune 500 logistics company, processing 50,000+ daily shipments with 95% accuracy and ROI in 3 months. Specialises in integrating AI into legacy enterprise environments without disrupting operations.

**Metrics:** 95% NL-to-SQL accuracy in production · 99% faster report generation · ROI in 3 months · Fortune 500 deployment

How We Engage

Our Engagement Model

Three structured steps — from diagnosis to delivery.

Step 1 — Discovery & Diagnostic

Structured assessment of current technology posture — architecture, team, delivery pipeline, and cloud infrastructure. Identify what's working, what's failing silently, and what's about to become a problem.

Step 2 — Blueprint & Roadmap

Structured roadmap with clear KPIs and milestones. Not a 60-slide deck — a working document that tells your engineering team exactly what to build, in what order, and how to measure success.

Step 3 — Execution & Oversight

Architecture reviews, PR oversight, vendor evaluation, team advisory, and ongoing technical leadership. We measure success by what changes in your system, not by deliverables handed over.
