Problem Statement

In our company, 50 to 100 employees used to schedule their Google Calendars for weekly work. The problem is that updating Google Calendar manually takes employees a lot of time—about 30 minutes to 1 hour for each update. This is not improving employee’s productivity by juggling their schedules alongside their other work. We need a solution to make scheduling easier and save employees time.

We can all work together better because we can see what everyone is doing. And now, we can do more work—about 30–40% more! And updating calendars only takes a little bit of time—less than 30 minutes for each person!
